i obviously don't have an eating disorder and i'm not like... crazy about losing weight. i'm just doing it because i feel that i would be so much more comfortable in my own skin when i'm at that 105. i'm not gonna cry about eating too much or not exercising enough. i'm just going at my own steady pace, losing weight without any dramatic changes to my life. because getting skinny/fit doesn't happen overnight. it's a change in your whole lifestyle and in my opinion, baby steps is the easiest and most reliable way to take that weight off and keep it off.
